JJ answers questions from fans
Q: If you could drop everything you were doing for a day(workouts, speeches, interviews, etc.) to do whatever you wanted to, where would you go and what would you do? (Elisia)
JJ: First of all, I love what I do and I love working out. I don’t feel right unless I am working. But if I could do anything I wanted I would probably go to Europe (Italy, Czech Republic, or Spain) or go to the beach with my entire family.
Q: How often do you keep in touch with your old Duke teammates (Sean Dockery, Shelden Williams, etc.)? (Lisi)
JJ: I keep in touch with my former teammates as much as possible. I still talk to a lot of them on a regular basis. My teammates were some of my best friends and we will have lifelong relationships.
Q: When you were in high school, how many shots a day did you shoot? (Logan)
JJ: I don’t really worry about how many shots I take on a daily basis, I never have. Instead of takes, I keep track of makes. On any given day in high school ( and still today ) I make 200 to 500 shots.
Q: What is your favorite North Carolina beach? (Amber)
JJ: My favorite North Carolina beach is Holden Beach. My family and I have gone there almost every summer since I was a kid. It’s quiet, relaxing, and beautiful.
Q: Do you have any big plans for your birthday coming up? (Sophia)
A: I don’t really make big birthday plans. The only thing planned is a small get together this weekend in North Carolina. About 10-12 of us are going to dinner (family and friends).
