Q: How many Lacoste Polos do you own?
JJ: I don’t always wear Lacoste polos- it just so happens that there have been a couple pictures taken of me that have ended up on the internet. I don’t know the exact number I own- pretty much every color and a few striped ones. If I had to guess I would say I owned between 20 and 25 Lacoste polos.
Q: What is your favorite book of all time?
JJ: favorite book of all-time is the Bible, naturally. I read it on a regular basis. However,my favorite non-religious book when I
was growing up was Dr. Seuss’ “Oh, the places you’ll go.” My parents gave that book to me when I graduated from high school and I sometimes re-read it. Although it is a children’s book- I actually find the book motivational. The best book I have read in the last couple years is “Inside Delta Force.” It was written by one of the original members of the Army’s special ops unit called Delta Force.
The book is incredibly interesting.
Q: Did you get the new iphone?
JJ: I did not get the new iphone. I actually have an endorsement deal with a different wireless provider so I don’t really feel like
switching over to AT&T at this point. However, if the iphone becomes available for my carrier I will definitely get it.
Q: How did you get involved working with hospitals?
JJ: I started to become passionate about Children’s Hospitals when I was at Duke. We frequently visited the Duke hospital in Durham. I also have a younger friend who went through a serious brain surgery and that only strengthened my commitment to become more involved. For 2007, I am a spokesperson for Florida Children’s Hospital as well as the Children’s Miracle Network. When I actually visit with the
kids I just enjoy interacting with them. They have been put in a difficult circumstance so my purpose is to bring some joy to their day. I wish you the best and you will be in my prayers.
Q: If you could have 3 wishes what would they be?
JJ: I feel blessed with everything that God has provided for me so there’s really nothing I would change about my life or who I am. But
if I had three wishes to make I would ask for:
1) a lifetime supply of Bojangles’ sweet tea (they have the best sweet tea in the world)
2) a lifetime supply of Zegna suits (again, only the best)
3) my driving record to be wiped clean (that was more of a joke than anything else)
